PCI Schola Concert

The gala concert of the Perth Choral Institute's 2019 Schola Summer School.
The Perth Choral Institute Summer School (Schola) is an six-day course for singers aged 14 to 17. It provides an intensive but highly enjoyable week of training in singing and choral music. Participants receive individual singing lessons, group workshops, small ensemble rehearsals and multiple performance opportunities.

The Gala concert is the participants' opportunity to perform to the general public outside of a religious service. Multiple genres will be performed, both a capella and accompanied. Nicholas Bannan,  Micheál McCarthy and Hugh Lydon will direct, accompanied on piano by Alessandro Pittorino.
